Nominator's project description
Professor Venkataraman is a leading scientist in the field of single-molecule charge transport. She has made outstanding and widely recognized contributions concerning the methods of producing single-molecule devices and measuring their properties when an electrical current is flowing through. During her research stay in Germany, Professor Venkataraman intends to investigate the effect of the chirality of single molecules on the transport of charge and spin. |
